We store the data you put into your workspace (documents, calendars, keywords, connections) plus account data (email, name) and usage metering needed for billing.
We use Cloudflare (hosting/storage), Anthropic and other LLM providers (content generation), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google APIs you explicitly connect (Search Console, Analytics).
CMS and Google credentials are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) per workspace and used only to perform the actions you configure.
Workspace owners can export all workspace data or permanently delete the workspace (GDPR portability + erasure) from the platform or via support.
Data is retained while your workspace exists and removed on deletion, aside from legally required billing records.
